Purpose: As competition increases in every sector, the price pressure on companies is constantly increasing. The way to be profitable is to uncover hidden businesses and destroy them. Lean Process Management is the way to get rid of the waste we unknowingly create while doing our job. Finding waste (MUDA) items in the process and eliminating them from the processes with the Japanese Lean Thinking approach will enable us to produce output in our work faster, with fewer resources, fewer errors and therefore higher quality. What are the activities that do not create added value, how to find waste, how to simplify the subject will be examined with examples. A group study will be conducted on a sample study and the participants will be asked to simplify the process being examined. With the AVA technique, all business processes will be compared with each other according to their resource intensity and costs, and information will be given on how and in what way process simplifications can be made.
