We are starting our new project in PEGASUS, which was the first private airline for 20 years in Turkey. We will establish risk based process management system. We also create strategy based performance management to monitor all performance parameters. Enterprise risk management will be structured using the company targets and strategies. In addition, process-based employee competencies will be generated to increase productivity. We will improve all processes to be more customer oriented and more effective using lean six sigma techniques.

The first Carrefour store opened in Turkey 20 years ago. After their partnership with Sabanci Holding, CarrefourSA have grown rapidly and now they have 28 hypermarkets, 217 supermarkets and 7000 employees.
In modern retailing, understanding customer needs and satisfying expectations are very critical. Now it is time for CarrefourSA serving in different format stores to generate more customer oriented processes with customer-centric and development-oriented approaches with our process workshops and improvement techniques.
